Rise Above the Challenges. Take Action with Confidence.
Being a woman in business comes with unique challenges—navigating leadership dynamics, earning credibility in male-dominated spaces, making high-stakes decisions, and balancing ambition with personal fulfillment. It’s easy to feel like you have to work twice as hard to prove yourself or that you’re constantly walking a tightrope between being assertive and being “likable.”
But here’s the truth: You don’t have to play by outdated rules to succeed.
My coaching is designed to help you own your expertise, lead with authority, and break through the internal and external barriers holding you back. Whether you're striving for a leadership role, scaling your business, or simply wanting to feel more confident in your decisions, I provide the strategies, mindset shifts, and real-world insights to help you navigate challenges, amplify your impact, and thrive on your terms.
Success isn’t about fitting into someone else’s mold—it’s about embracing your unique strengths and using them to lead powerfully and authentically. Let’s make that happen together.
My journey into leadership began as a trial by fire—my very first client meeting as a brand-new consultant was with the Head of Disney Studios. I had no choice but to step up, own the room, project confidence, and command attention—despite my inexperience. That moment shaped my career and ignited my passion for helping other women develop the presence, confidence, and influence needed to thrive in leadership.
As my career evolved, I learned the keys to not only appearing confident and capable but truly feeling it from the inside out—in my own authentic style. I practiced and honed this approach in executive meetings, boardrooms, investor pitches, and high-stakes negotiations. Through trial, refinement, and experience, I discovered that confidence isn't something you either have or don’t—it’s a skill that can be learned, mastered, and embodied with the right process, tools, and guidance.
The Unexpected Teacher: Stand-Up Comedy
More recently, I embarked on an entirely different kind of challenge—stand-up comedy in Lisbon. Standing alone on stage with nothing but a microphone and an audience staring back at you is the ultimate test of confidence, resilience, and authenticity. Comedy has taught me to embrace discomfort, own my voice unapologetically, and turn vulnerability into strength—all of which directly apply to leadership.
Much like business and career growth, comedy is about reading the room, adapting in real time, and having the courage to take risks. It has made me a better coach with a unique approach—helping my clients not only develop strategic skills but also embrace playfulness, creativity, and fearless self-expression.
With a Wharton MBA and a career spanning management consulting, corporate leadership, and C-suite roles in start-ups (including VP of Marketing, COO, and Executive Director), I now bring world-class business expertise combined with the ability to help you step into leadership with authenticity, confidence, and even a little humor.
